Ontological Shock: Does the U.S. Military Secretly Possess UAPs?

David Grusch, retired United States Air Force Member and Intelligence Officer, has declared whistleblower status, and announced that the United States military is in possession of arial craft constructed by non-humans.

For several years now, military videos of Unidentified Arial Phenomena, UAP’s – what we used to call UFO’s - performing extraordinary maneuvers on video captured by astonished Navy pilots have been in the public domain. It is not clear what these devices are. In the video below, Luis Elizondo, Retired Pentagon Intelligence Officer who was assigned to a secret pentagon program studying UAP’s, explains that no nation on earth possesses the technology that could produce craft that can perform the way these vehicles do.

Elizondo adds that the military has been aware of these arial craft for decades. At the end of this interview, Elizondo says that the government “is in possession of exotic materials.”

In this interview on News Nation, U.S. Air Force veteran Grusch states he was a member of the U.S. Government’s UAP Task Force and claimed that he was denied access to a long-running military “vehicle retrieval program.” News Nation states that Grusch’s credentials have been verified.

The vehicles are described as “non-human origin technical vehicles, call them space craft, if you will.” Grusch adds, “These are exotic origin non-human vehicles that have either landed or crashed.” Grusch claims that the U.S. Military possesses “quite a number” of these UAP’s.

The U.S. Intelligence Inspector General has issued a statement that Grusch’s claim “is urgent and credible.” However, this is not a certification that Grusch’s claims are true. The statement signals that the claims need to be investigated.

Other world powers likely also have UAPs in their possession. It is implied that the United States, Russia, and China, have been trying to “reverse engineer” the craft for decades for defense purposes.

Well, this sounds like military thinking. After World War II, the United States secretly acquired German scientists like Wernher Von Braun under Operation Paper Clip. They wanted to get the best German rocket scientists before the Soviets did. One can easily imagine the government wanting to understand alien technology before our opponents do to obtain a strategic advantage.

I have studied the body language of Mr. Grusch in the video of his interview with Russ Coulthart from News Nation in an attempt to assess him.

There are times where his smile is awkward but that impresses me as being related to anxiety. Grush admits, however, that he is relaying secondhand information from other service members who told him about the crashed vehicles that the military possesses. I note that his eyebrows raise – signaling surprise – when he states that fellow intelligence officers informed him of the name of the program and he “had never heard of it.” This was an indication that he was recalling a moment when he was sincerely surprised. Highly placed intelligence professionals, tasked to get information from other government officials, are generally not surprised by much.

Grusch states that he has also learned that from some of the crashed vehicles, “dead pilots” were retrieved.

Grusch exhibits some behavior that is concerning. He closes his eyes and shakes his head “no” while answering affirmatively, “As fantastical as this sounds, it’s true.” If the information Grusch is relaying is true, the head shake could also be interpreted as an indication of his own astonishment which he describes in another interview as a moment of “Ontological Shock” – which is defined as moment when your world view is suddenly altered.

I would feel more comfortable in making a judgement about Grush if he was relaying an observation he made. It is also clear that Grusch will not tell everything he knows, for now, because, while he has been given permission to speak out by the government, he must limit what he says due to national security concerns.

Grusch is withholding information and acknowledges that he is doing so.

There is limited video material available on Mr. Grusch. That makes baselining him difficult.

That said, I do not sense that David Grusch is being deceptive, and I would like to have him come in for a polygraph.

For a few days now, I have debated whether I should write about Mr. Grush because I need to see more facts and more information. I need to see more of his behavior as he talks about what could be the most amazing revelation in human history.

This evening I watched Michael Shellenberger’s interview on The Rising with Jessica Burbank and Amber Athey. Shellenberger is a well-known and serious journalist.

Shellenberger offers support for Grusch’s disclosure from his own sources. He has been investigating the reports that the military secretly possessed crashed UAP’s. One can hear one of the hosts expressing astonishment when Schellenberger states that he has information that there were “non-human pilots.”

Schellenberger believes that while Grusch’s claims have merit, he needs to be thoroughly investigated. Then, Schellenberger makes an important point: The United States Military is under civilian control. If the military has artifacts of non-human construction, the people are supposed to be informed and given accurate, truthful information. Evidence of this importance should not be locked away in a storage facility under the control of the military or a corporate contractor.  

The truth should be told.

We may all soon experience ontological shock. And if so, we will handle it.
