Stanley Plotkin: The “Godfather of Vaccines” is Deposed and the Truth About Vaccine Research is Revealed
Louis Conte’s The Truth be Told: Exploring corruption, controversy, and deception in today’s world from the perspective of a forensic psychophysiologist (Polygraph Examiner).
Louis Conte is a professional Polygraph Examiner, investigator, and writer. In addition to the thousands of offenders he interviewed over his thirty-three years in law enforcement, Conte has conducted over fourteen hundred polygraph cases. He uses well-honed observation skills to ferret out the truth. Observation and careful attention to words and behavior often reveal the truth.
On Jan. 11, 2018, Dr. Stanley Plotkin, a world expert on vaccines, was deposed by attorney Aaron Siri for nine hours when he was called as an expert witness in a Michigan court case to provide testimony in support of vaccines.
Stanley Plotkin is a venerated figure in Vaccinology. He is hailed as the inventor of the Rubella Vaccine. He had a significant role in the development of the Rabies Vaccine. Along with Dr. Paul Offit and H. Fred Clark, Plotkin invented the Rotavirus Vaccine. He is the author of Vaccines, the standard reference on the subject used by doctors around the world. He is a professor Emeritus in virology at the University of Pennsylvania. Plotkin has been awarded the Maurice Hilleman/Merck Laureate Award. He has been awarded the Albert B. Sabin Gold Medal. Plotkin is known as the “Godfather of Vaccines” within world of Vaccinology.
It should also be noted that Plotkin has been compensated over the years by pharmaceutical companies for his expertise and advice.
The statements below are in the following video segment from Dr Plotkin’s deposition.
Q: “Have you ever used orphans to study an experimental vaccine?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Yes.”
Q: “Have you ever used the mentally handicapped to study an experimental vaccine?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Uh…” At this point Dr. Plotkin’s eye blinking rate increases, and his breathing appears labored. He then covers his mouth with his hands, as though to shield himself by covering his lips. At first, he says he cannot recall experimenting on mentally disabled people but notes that it was “not an uncommon practice” in the 1960’s. Mr. Siri then reads from a research paper Plotkin authored which notes that Plotkin used “thirteen mentally retarded children” in that research experiment. Plotkin then replies, “Okay, well, then, in that case, then, that was what I did.” Just above camera view, Plotkin hands are moving nervously on the desk, a behavior to displace anxiety.
Plotkin is then asked if he ever expressed that it was better “to experiment on those less likely to contribute to society? Such as children with handicaps…” Plotkin says that he cannot recall specifically but adds “that it was possible.”
When confronted with a letter he wrote to the editor of Ethics on Human Experimentation, Plotkin admits that he stated in that letter that it was “better to experiment on individuals who were human in form but not in social potential.” It is then noted, in the letter, that Plotkin does not believe that this position is a “Nazi philosophy” because he is not proposing using members of racial, cultural, or economic groups for experiments. While admitting to writing these words, Plotkin quickly touches the right side of his head, perhaps another anxiety displacement behavior. He again covers his lips with his hands.
Q: “Have you ever used babies of mothers in prison to study experimental vaccines?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Yes.” Plotkin places his hands against the side of his face signaling that he is feeling frustrated, exposed, and trapped.
In my opinion, this is the body language of someone who is feeling anxiety and frustration. Is Plotkin feeling exposed?
Q: “Have you ever used individuals under colonial rule to study experimental vaccines?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Yes.”
Q: “Did you do so in the Belgian Congo?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Yes.”
Q: “Did that experiment involve almost a million people?”
Dr. Plotkin: “Well, alright, yes.”
This is not easy to watch, but it is necessary to watch. We owe much to Aaron Siri’s outstanding preparation and skill as an attorney. In this deposition, Dr. Stanley Plotkin, our nations’ pre-eminent vaccinologist, admits that he has experimented on the mentally disabled, the unempowered, and people under colonial rule.
Plotkin subjected over one million people in the Belgian Congo to experimental biologics.
This video and other videos from the same deposition have been on the internet for years. However, some platforms have pulled them down.
The transcript of the deposition is here:
Although exposed in this deposition, Stanley Plotkin has never been publicly called to account. Plotkin has never been publicly admonished or “cancelled.” In the world of vaccinology, he remains a hero. Yet, his research on childhood vaccines is hailed by public health authorities and the mainstream media as being beyond reproach. It is understood that anyone who questions vaccine orthodoxy is labeled “anti-vaccine.”
Many who write on Substack have expressed criticism of Covid Vaccines - for good reason. It is pointed out that the Covid vaccines were rushed to market and that the research that created them was flawed. Many express frustrations about the lack of transparent data on safety and efficacy. There is strong evidence of severe adverse reactions and excess deaths. Many have opined that the pharmaceutical industry has perpetrated a massive, unethical experiment on millions of people.
Many in the mainstream media express the notion that the previously approved childhood vaccines are safe, effective, and based upon years of high-quality, ethical research. This opinion has been repeated so often, that it is simply accepted as gospel truth. Under oath, Dr. Plotkin discloses facts that challenge that narrative. Truth be told, the entire enterprise of vaccinology is built on a secret history of unethical human experimentation that has never been exposed.
And what we are experiencing today with the Covid vaccines is a direct result.
